  • Canberra received 153.13% and 5.47% increased allocation respectively for subclass 190 and subclass 491 than that of last year for the 2022-23 Migration program. We expect invitations to continue with considerable low required points.

  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has a different points calculation system called ACT Matrix.

  • Recently Invitations were issued to multiple occupations with only 65-75 points.

  • You do not need to be working in your nominated occupation to apply.

Please note that, unlike other states and a conventional PR points calculation, Canberra has it's own Matrix and different points calculation system with different criteria.
