You will learn construction methods and techniques, design techniques, site surveying, environmentally sustainable design principles, 2D and 3D software, graphic presentation, project management and administration, scheduling and documentation management. Throughout the course, you’ll work on a range of projects and client briefs, develop a portfolio to show potential employers and build a network of industry contacts.

This course is recognised by the Victorian Building Authority as the educational requirement to become a drafting practitioner. This course will equip you with the industry knowledge and practical skills to master the design, presentation and documentation process for residential and commercial building projects.
