In most of the cases, you may be eligible to approach Administrative Appeal Tribunal (AAT) for a review of your visa decisions.

About the AAT

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) conducts independent merits review of administrative decisions made under Commonwealth law. It is the only body that has the authority to review the merits of a visa decision.

The AAT can reconsider visa applicants' case files entirely, review the facts provided, laws relating to the decision, and arrive at a new decision.

But remember there is a time limit! You must lodge the review application within the timeframe specified in the notification letter of visa decision. There may also be an additional application fee applied.
