Victoria State and Regional Sponsor ROI Invitation Round Update
Earlier this month (September 2021) ''Early Childhood Teachers", ''Cook'' and "Chef'' and added to the Victoria State and Regional Sponsor Priority list under the Workforce Skills pathway.
To be selected for Victorian skilled visa nomination, you must have a positive skills assessment and submit a Registration of Interest (ROI).

To be eligible for submission, you need a positive skill assessment.

No minimum work length required

Casual work can be considered.
There are 2 streams you can apply for Victoria State and Regional sponsor.

Workforce Skill pathway
Early Childhood Educators, Chefs, and Cooks are now added to Victoria's Workforce Skill Pathway.
To be selected for Victorian skilled visa nomination, you must first submit a Registration of Interest (ROI). To be eligible for submission, you need a positive skill assessment.
Hospitality
To assist industry address labour shortages caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the Victorian Government has established the Hospitality pathway for highly skilled cooks and chefs.
Early Childhood Teacher
The Victorian Government is investing almost $5 billion over the decade to deliver Three-Year-Old Kindergarten. This investment will create an additional 6,000 teaching jobs across Victoria.

People with any occupation with a positive skills assessment working in the following sectors can apply:

Victoria State and Regional sponsor (ROI) submission window will close on 29th April. If you have not lodged your application, you may consider lodging it as multiple occupations received invitation in the recent rounds with considerably less PR points.
